In May of 1997 a group of 18 cyclists left Florham Park, NJ on a four day bicycle ride to Washington, D.C. They rode to honor the memories of fallen officers and raised $18,000 for the National Law Enforcement Memorial.  On the twenty-first annual ride, over 2000 cyclists and support members of the Police Unity Tour converged on Washington D.C. culminating in a donation of over 2.6 million dollars to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund for the 2017 event. The Police Unity Tour’s total contribution to the Fund has risen to nearly 23 Million dollars.

Since 2006, members of the Colorado Law Enforcement community have joined the Police Unity Tour to remember fallen Friends and Law Enforcement Heroes from Colorado.  Help us to preserve their memory at the National Law Enforcement Memorial and to build the Museum in honor of all Law Enforcement Heroes.
